WOW.....I am just shocked that the info this guy is regurgitating is from U.S. law and courts...not Canada! Oh to be so naive and to believe this rubbish is beyond me. He asks people to research his facts.....and uses lines like, "to my understanding", "as far as I know", etc..... Takes the ability to call him a crackpot away as he doesn't state "facts", just what he interprets as fact.
