The True History of
Canada
As presented by "Burke" at the WS Kelowna, B.C. Seminar.
Special Guests: Natives from British Columbia.
There are three separate main jurisdictions of what is called
"government" on the land commonly known of as Canada. One of God where
we are free will men on the land. The other two are are of a commercial
nature, as all government law is. The initial jurisdiction of the
British North America Act was of the Dominion of Canada, which no
longer seems to actively operate. The current de facto jurisdiction of
the Government of Canada (or Canada) currently operates on the "Land"
since after the Statute of Westminster passed by the British Imperial
Parliament (see detaxcanada.org for more details).
People were registered, probably as natural persons, under a Common Law
English system of Letters Patent Registration under the Sovereignty of
the Monarchy. This was used to create a fiction name of the person that
operated under the Dominion of Canada.
The newer Government of Canada is a de facto jurisdiction and seems to
use these letters patent names to create what are called artificial
persons, or NAMES, which are the entities under the current law of
Canada. People are not under no jurisdiction but that of God.
Jurisdiction means "Oath Spoken" and is really that which God takes to
protect his people. It is suggested in the bible for us to not take
Oaths.
Basically it comes down to, if you believe government law applies to
you then it does. If you believe it doesn't, then it doesn't.
Men, women and children are all free and not under and law. Only the
NAME that is created under their law is subject to it, and they look
for people to voluntarily take surety, be the payor, for any charge
upon the NAME.
